E-commerce business regularly rely on data and analytics to make decisions about their marketing strategies. Referral sale being the core of a good marketing strategy, we didn't provide actionable data. It was a challenge for them to assess the performance of their referral campaigns.

I also took the opportunity to improve the design system and implement a better developer hand-off experience, using conditional states to show interface variants

The outcome? Rapid adoption of the feature, increased click throughs and more referral revenue!

As we started to roll out the feature, we saw an immediate increase in feature adoption, suggesting that the problem was indeed worth solving. Over time, we noticed our customers relying on testing their emails for effectiveness. This was noticed in the overall increase of referral sales and revenue.

The outcome? Rapid adoption of the feature, increased click throughs and more referral revenue!

During a beta test, we found that for some of the business owners, the emails landed in spam. We took the opportunity to fix and roll out a new feature, allowing custom domains. And as for AB Testing, currently we're in the research phase of implementing customer segmentation.
